This Martin “The Martin” Committee Trumpet is in great condition. It has approximately 85-90% of a patina finish.  There is a light ding in the bottom part of the back bell bow and a couple of almost invisible dings in the bell.  There is a very slight wave to the edge of the bell and a very small portion on the left-hand side of the bell edge where there is a residue on the bell lip.  The corks are older and do seem to seal properly.  The trumpet has the original long water keys.  There is a very light smell inside the horn and it is not very intense.  Please see pictures for details. The serial number on the trumpet is "188301" making this a vintage 1954 trumpet.  The engraving on the bell is in good condition and reads “The Martin” in script and “-Committee-Model- Elkhart-Ind. -U-S-A-“. It comes in a good used replacement case. No mouthpiece is included. This trumpet plays great! It has great action in the valves and the valves are smooth and super-fast.  It plays very well in tune and has a gorgeous tone.
