King 2B Sterling Bell Silver Tone Model with F Trigger Trombone Serial #293240

This is the original 2B with the art deco engraving before they started engraving the iconic 2B on the bell 1945-1950 vintage. The serial numbers all match in all three places on the horn.  There are some small dents on the bow of the main tuning slide and some minor player wear dents on the wrap. There is a re-soldering inside the wrap right near the rotor.  The only silver finish wear is near the rotor. Wow does this horn sing!  It has a killer sound and plays nice and big all the way up the register.  The slide is nice and smooth.  The horn plays with good intonation and a crystal clear tone.

It has approximately 90%+ of the original silver finish.
It has approximately 95%+ of the gold wash bell finish.

Slide Condition: Very light general wear (smooth and functions properly with minor if any surface imperfections on the outside slide sleeves).

Tuning Slide Bow Condition: Light general wear (possible surface scratches and/or minor dents/dings).
Slide Tip (Crook) Bow Condition: Light general wear (possible surface scratches and/or minor dents/dings).
The Bell: Minor dents and dings and no evidence of bell edge damage.
Bell Dent Removal/Repair: Light evidence.
Bell Diameter Approximately: 8 7/8 inches.
The Mouthpiece: No Mouthpiece is included, or other accessories.
The Case: Good used King condition (General wear with some edge wear and visible surface scratches). Likely the original case.
