This is a Buescher Tenor Saxophone Neck sold in as is condition. No octave key is included. There is no neck cork on the neck. Just the neck is included in this sale. This neck will fit a vintage Aristocrat or Big B model. This needs a complete overhaul and relacquer. The body tube and tenon are in very good condition.
