Description
This Yamaha YMP204M silver marching F mellophone is in fantastic condition and has 95%+ its silver finish and very light player wear across the entire horn. There is a very small ding on the back bell bow and a couple of almost invisible dings through the rest of the body. The bell has had some bell lip dent removal done on the righthand side of the bell. You can see in the light where the lip was pushed in slightly and it has been corrected. This left the edge of the bell in that section with a very minor bit of a wave. The majority of the wear to the finish is in the valve cluster. Please see pictures for details. The second valve casing reads “YMP204M” with “Made in Japan” on the bottom of the first valve casing. The serial number is “871671” and the bell reads “Yamaha Established in 1887”. The case is in good used condition. No mouthpiece is included. Yamaha marching mellophones are one of the most popular marching F mellophones. They play open, have great action on the valves, and an excellent sound with great projection for the field or parades.
