This vintage Martin “The Martin” Tenor Saxophone 1940’s Serial #153410 is in good condition with 50-60% of the original lacquer. It has the original adjustable thumb hook and the engraving is very clean as the horn has never been buffed. The saddle on the neck has been re-soldered and a couple of dents have been removed from the body but nothing major. All the minor little dents and dings were removed when it went in for a tune- up and the horn is ready to play. It has good used plastic resonator pads and is an excellent player. Everything is original to this horn including the neck. The neck has two small side dings. Please see the photos for more details. It has a replacement case in good used condition and no mouthpiece is included. It has a really nice warm sound with smooth action, excellent intonation and projection.
