Description
This Rogers Powertone 5 x 14 Red Onyx Wood Snare Drum 1960’s Serial #17360 was manufactured by Rodgers in Cleveland, Ohio. The overall condition of the drum is very good. There is only one small section of the laminate which has a stress crack and a dime size chip. Please see pictures for details. This drum does have all the original beaver tail lugs, butt and snare throw. The top hoop has two tiny bends both to the right and left of the snare throw and non original snare wires. The entire drum has the original gloss coating which is extremely smooth and reflective. This is a super sexy drum!

Wood Shell Condition: Very light general wear. It does have its Powertone Paper Label inside the drum. The label reads “No. 17360 Powertone Model Made in U.S.A. by Rogers Established in 1849 Cleveland, Ohio.”.
Snare Throw: Works well.
Snare Wires: Not Original.
Muffler:Â The medium sized round button muffler functions well with good felt.
Heads: Very good used condition.
Lugs: 8 Beavertail lugs. We do not guarantee that all lug screws are original.
Hoop Condition: Light general wear.
Player Wear: Light general wear (possible light surface scratches).
Case: A good used condition case is included.
The Stand: No stand is included.
