The key guard will be re-attached when it comes to you, we were waiting on the screws to re-attach it when we took the pictures. It plays well up and down the register and it is in very good condition! It has standard key work and does not have the high D.
Instrument Condition: The overall physical condition of this used instrument is good to very good condition.
Playing Condition: This instrument is currently in good playing condition.
The Key Plating: 90%+ of the original key plating remains and they have a good polish.
The Boot/Wing Joint: Wood.
Repairs or damage to the Wood: There is a chip near a tone hole on the boot.
Condition or damage to the Tenons: Light general wear (standard player and age wear). There is a break in the metal ring on the wing joint tenon and a crack in the middle ring on the same tenon.
Player Wear: Light general wear (possible light surface scratches and/or minor dents and dings).
The Bell: Light general wear (possible light surface scratches and/or minor dents and dings) the bell ring is intact.
The Boot Cap: Light general wear (possible light surface scratches and/or minor dents and dings).
Crutch: A good used crutch and a leg strap are included.
Bocal: A good used Fox 2C bocal is included.
Pad Condition: Good used pads throughout.
The Stand: If pictured, not included.
The Case: Good used condition (General wear with some edge wear and visible surface scratches).
Engraving: Renard by Fox (with the Fox head on the bell).
