Description
This C.G. Conn 12H silver trombone is in great condition and has light general player wear. It has 95%+ of the silver finish remaining. This is a brushed silver finish with polished finish in the bell, the slide, and on the engraving. There is a dent in the hand brace on the bottom side. There is light evidence of bell dent removal. There is some very light plating wear on the top inner slide at about 2nd position, 3rd position and at the very end of the slide. There is some wear around 6th position and at the end of the slide on the bottom inner slide. Please see pictures for details. The serial number is “325919” making this a vintage 1939 trombone. The engraving on the bell reads “C.G. Conn LTD. U.S.A. Elkhart-Ind.”. “24” is engraved on the top side of the lead pipe, “69” at the tuning slide and “12H” above the serial number on the outer slide. The tuning slide is loose. It comes in a good used condition case. No mouthpiece is included. This is a great playing trombone! It really sings in the upper register. You can punch the sound out really easily with the small bore and small 7″ bell. It has really nice intonation and it is lightweight making it feel good in your hands.
