Bb Soprano Clarinet:

This Selmer Depose metal Bb soprano clarinet is in excellent condition with 90-95% of the silver plating remaining. This horn has just come back from the shop where the body was overhauled so it looks fantastic. There is typical light player wear throughout the clarinet as you would expect to find. There are light player touch spots to the keys and some player touch spots at the typical grip points in the body of the instrument. Please see pictures for details. The serial number for this clarinet is “3357” making this a vintage 1929-1930 clarinet. The engraving on the top of the upper body reads “Depose Henri Selmer Paris France” with laurel leaves.  Engraved at the bottom of the lower body and on the barrel is “Henri Selmer Paris” in laurel leaves.  “Depose Henri Selmer Paris France Sole. Agents U.S & Can. Selmer Elkhart Indiana REG. U.S. PAT. OFF” is engraved on the bell. “SI b” is engraved on the back of the barrel.  This model has the microtuner barrel and a double socket fit. The bell has a brushed finish on the flair out to the lip of the bell. The original H. Selmer Precision Garantie table HS* mouthpiece, ligature, rail guard, and lyre mount are included. No lyre is included. It comes in the original case which is in older used condition. The clarinet is in excellent playing condition with a nice clear sound.

A Soprano Clarinet:

This Selmer Depose metal A soprano clarinet is in excellent condition with 97%+ of the silver plating remaining. There is some very light pitting to the silver finish that is starting at the top of the bell. There is a tiny pinprick sized ding on the right-hand side of the bell. Please see pictures for details. The serial number for this clarinet is “3321” making this a vintage 1929-1930 clarinet. The engraving on the top of the upper body reads “Depose Henri Selmer Paris France” with laurel leaves.  Engraved at the bottom of the lower body and on the barrel is “Henri Selmer Paris” in laurel leaves.  “Depose Henri Selmer Paris France Sole.
