Description
This Olds Mendez Model Trumpet is in absolutely mint condition. This horn has just come back from our shop where it was completely overhauled and re-lacquered with our custom vintage lacquer. The lacquer is darker and warmer than most modern lacquers to give the horn a more original feel. The engraving on the bell is still clean and crisp. It reads “Mendez Trumpet by F.E. Olds & Son Fullerton Calif.” This horn comes in the original vintage case in good condition. No mouthpiece is included. This trumpet plays wonderfully. The valves have great action and the horn plays with a nice warm round sound. It has wonderful intonation and is a pleasure to play!
