These are orchestra chimes that are 1″ bars that are made for elementary to middle school level orchestra chimes. As you can see in pictures it is missing some bars and has damaged to one of the bars where it has a break in the metal. The frame is not included, only the bars are for sale. These are being sold in as is condition and shipping is included.
