Description
This Ludwig pioneer 5 x 14 black and gold duco wood snare drum is in very good condition. The black and gold duco finish has light general wear with some very minor paint chipping considered standard wear for a drum of this age. The interior of the drum has a date stamp of “Jun 16 1960” in black ink. It has a Keystone pre 1962 no serial number badge that is in very good condition. There is no muffler on the model. Both nickel hoops have very light general wear. It comes in a good used condition Ludwig clam shell replacement case. A vintage used Slingerland stand is included.

Snare Throw: The Pioneer/P83 without the script unmarked WFL snare throw works well. It does have a WFL snare butt.

Muffler: No muffler on this model.
Heads: The batter head is new. The snare head looks like it is the original head in good used condition.
Lugs: 6 Nickel bowtie lugs. We do not guarantee that all lug screws are original.
Hoop Condition: The nickel hoops have very light general wear.
Player Wear: Very light general wear (minor if any surface imperfections).
Case: A good used condition Ludwig clam shell replacement case is included.
The Stand: A vintage used Slingerland stand is included.
