Description
This Leblanc Model 7166 Plastic Bass Clarinet Serial #3629F is in excellent condition with 95% or more of the silver plating on the keys. It has just come back from the shop where the body was cleaned, the keys were polished and the horn was generally tweaked so that it is in excellent playing condition. The pads are in great shape and the corks are still good. The engraving on the neck reads “Leblanc 7166 USA”. The serial number “3629F” can be found on both the upper and lower joints making this a modern 2000’s bass clarinet. This is the earlier model of Leblanc’s current Model 7168 model. This horn was barely played and it shows with no dents on the bow, bell, or neck. It comes in the original case which is in great condition. It also comes with the original “Leblanc USA” mouthpiece. This Bass Clarinet has a warm, clear sound and good intonation in both the upper and lower register.
