Description
This is a really great contra bass clarinet with extended range. The instrument is in great shape! It recently came back from our repair shop and plays great up and down the register. It could use a little bit of a polish if you wanted to do that but it is in really nice shape with a nice dark rich sound to it. Please note the clarinet has all matching serial numbers. It has good used condition pads. This is a large instrument so please keep in mind that shippers sometimes are not as careful handling the boxes as we would all like them to be. Please anticipate that it may need a tweak when it gets to you if the shipping handlers are not super careful with the box. We will pack it well inside the case and around the case in the box.

Instrument Condition: The overall physical condition of this used instrument is very good.
Playing Condition: This instrument is currently in very good playing condition.
The Key Plating: It has approximately 75-80% of the original key plating remains with medium player wear to the touch spots.
The Body: Metal
Player Wear: Light general wear (possible light surface scratches and/or minor dents and dings)
The Bell: Almost no dents and minor evidence of bell edge dents.
The Bow: Has a light dent in the bow guard and/or a small ding. There is evidence of dent removal in the bottom bow and visible re-soldering on the bottom bow guard. The top bow has evidence of dent removal and there are a very minor ding in the very top of the upper bow.
Peg: It has a peg mount on the body and a peg is included.
Pad Condition: Good used condition pads.
The Neck: It has approximately 80-85% of the finish remaining with light wear (general player wear).
The Mouthpiece: No mouthpiece or accessories are included.
The Stand: If pictured, not included.
The Case: Good Used Condition (good used condition with some signs of physical wear) likely the original case.
