King Liberty Silver Trumpet 1925 Serial #82511
The third valve tuning slide and the main tuning slide are both two-part tuning slides. On the third valve tuning slide you can see the numbers 511 engraved indicating that it is original to this horn as it is the last three numbers of the serial number. The main tuning slide has no engraving.
This is a beautiful trumpet that plays just as beautifully as it looks. It has a crystal clear tone and plays very well in tune. The valves are incredibly smooth and fast. The trumpet projects very well and is a great trumpet for lead playing. You know it is a King when you play your first note as it has that classic King sound to it.
