Description
This Jupiter JFL-611R flute is in very good condition with 90%+ of the original silver plating remaining. There is light typical player wear across the horn. There is a small ding in the head joint under the “Silver Head” engraving. There are a couple of very minor dings on the bottom side of the foot joint. Someone has added a rubber pad for a thumb rest for the right hand as well as an alignment assisting dots in blue. There is some very light plating wear starting on the lip plate and the key on the back of the foot joint has some sort of coating over the top of the key. Please see pictures for details. The serial number on the flute is “0311216”. The engraving on the body joint reads “Jupiter K.H.S. Musical Instrument Taiwan” and “Silver Head” on the head joint. The model is engraved as “JFL-611R” under the key work. The flute has open tone holes, an inline G, a silver head joint and an extended B foot. It comes in the original Jupiter case in good used condition. Please note one of the zippers is missing the tab to be able to pull it for the outside cloth case. This is a great intermediate-level flute. It has a clear bright sound from top to bottom. This is a great step-up flute for your advancing player.
