Description
This Holton H179 silver double french horn is in excellent condition with 85-90% of its silver finish remaining. The most noticeable area where the finish is worn is in the bell bow where there is evidence of dent removal. The bell lip has a very slight amount of wave to it. There are some very minor dings throughout the body of the horn with very light typical player wear. Please see pictures for more details. The serial number on the french horn is “663953”. The engraving on the lead pipe reads “Holton U.S.A. H179”. This french horn comes in a good used condition SKB replacement case, please note the latch on the back of the case is not functioning. No mouthpiece is included. This double french horn plays beautifully up and down on both sides. It has a rich dark sound.

The Case: Good used condition (General wear with some edge wear and visible surface scratches).
