Description
This Getzen 300 Series alto trumpet is in beautiful condition. It has 98%+ of its lacquered finish remaining. There are a couple of very minor dings in the flair of the bell and evidence of bell dent removal. This alto trumpet comes with its additional main tuning slide allowing it to be played in both Eb and F. It also comes with its french horn mouthpiece adapter. Please see pictures for details. The serial number on the horn is “K31458” making this a vintage 1972-1975 alto trumpet. The engraving on the bell is crisp and reads “Getzen 300 series Elkhorn Wis. U.S.A.”. The last two digits of the serial number “58” is engraved on the tuning slide. The horn comes in its original Getzen case which is still in good condition. No mouthpiece is included. This trumpet plays well up and down. Its valves have nice action and if you would prefer you can switch from a trumpet mouthpiece to a french horn mouthpiece with the adapter that is included.

The Case: Good used condition (general wear with some edge wear and visible surface scratches).
