Description
This Gemeinhardt 2NP flute is in very good condition with 80-85% of the nickel plating remaining. It has typical player wear throughout the flute. As you can see in pictures there is some wear to the finish. You can see at the grip points where the instrument has stayed polished. There is a very minor ding in the back of the head joint below the lip plate. The lip plate does show some visible wear to the finish. Please see pictures for details. The serial number on the flute is “F49914”. The engraving on the body joint reads “Gemeinhardt Elkhart, Ind. 2NP.” Engraved on the head joint is “Gemeinhardt KGG Elkhart, Ind”. This flute has closed tone holes and off-set G. It comes in a good used condition replacement case. This is a good playing student flute. It plays very well with a nice open sound.
