Description

This Conn 8H Artist Symphony Tri Tone trombone is in excellent condition and has very light general player wear. It has 98%+ of the lacquered finish remaining with 98%+ of the silver accent finish and 98%+ of the copper finish remaining. This is just back from the shop where it was overhauled!  Please see pictures for details. The serial number is “R13660” making this a vintage 1972 trombone. The engraving on the bell reads “Conn Abilene Texas U.S.A.”. “8H” is engraved in front of the serial number on the slide. The 8H before the serial number is incredibly difficult to see but it is there in the right light. It comes in an older used condition Conn case. No mouthpiece is included. This trombone plays as beautifully as it looks.  It has a nice open rich round sound.  The slide moves almost effortlessly and it plays evenly from top to bottom.  The trombone has great intonation and lovely overtones!
