This Conn 3 valve Eb bell up silver alto horn is in very good condition with 95%+ of the silver finish and a patina starting to form on the horn. Any dents in the horn are very minor. The second valve finger button does not match the other two and is missing its pearl. The valves do have some plating wear however they are nice and smooth. Please see pictures for details. The serial number is “33954”. The engraving on the bell reads “Made by Conn Elkhart-Ind. Worcester Mass.” with swirling leaves and flowers around it. No mouthpiece is included. It comes in a good used condition case. This alto horn plays very well up and down the register with a nice clear tone. The valves are nice and smooth. It is free blowing and has a consistent open sound from top to bottom.
