Description
This Gretsch model 4192 8 x 15 Walnut wood snare drum is in excellent condition. The octagon badge was only produced between 1972 and 1979. This badge is in excellent condition. The wood finish on the drum is in great condition with the exception of a small spot where an identification number was scratched into the shell. This could be removed but for the purpose of leaving the drum as original as possible it has been left. It has an incredibly unique and rare original snare throw which uses a metal band on a leaver to create the tension for the snare. The lugs are in very good condition and the hoops have light general player wear. No stand and no case are included.

Heads: Very good used condition. The top head is a Gretsch Permatone USA head.

The Stand: No stand is included.
